Who We Are

David & Kelly Richter



While David grew up primarily in the south (Greenville, TN, Jackson, MS and Biloxi, MS) Kelly grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania called Millersburg.

David & Kelly met post college in Nashville, TN and were married in November of 2002. Since then they spent a short time as MTW missionaries in Edinburgh, Scotland before moving to Saint Louis, MO to attend Covenant Theological Seminary.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree and a Minor in Business from Mississippi State University. As of May 2007, he will hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. David was an intern with Reformed University Ministries (RUM) at Vanderbilt University from May of 2000 to May of 2002, a Mission To The World (MTW) missionary in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2003, and the intern at the Francis Schaeffer Institute (FSI) from June of 2004 to June of 2006. He has experience writing and leading discussions on a wide range of cultural and theological topics as well as speaking at various venues. As of the fall of 2007, he will be an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and World Religion degree from Carson-Newman College and a Master of the Arts in Counseling (MAC) degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. Kelly worked as a sales and marketing assistant for Journal Communications, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, a weekend counselor for Mercy Ministries of America (a residential troubled girls home in Nashville, TN) from 2001 to 2003, and as a Mission To The World (MTW) missionary in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2003. Kelly enjoys hanging out with her son Sam, listening to music, knitting, and reading.

Kelly and David have a beautiful son Sam who was born in August of 2006. Sam’s hobbies include napping, playing, eating, and deep philosophical discussion.

Steve & Jennifer Allen



Steve and Jennifer Allen were born and raised in Nebraska and met while attending the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. They were married on June 15, 2002.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising. He will graduate in May ’07 with a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. Steve was an intern with the Navigators from November 2001 to May 2002 on a University campus in Shizuoka, Japan, and worked with youth at Zion Presbyterian Church in Lincoln, NE from 2002 to 2003. As a seminary student he worked closely with the Francis Schaeffer Institute, facilitating several Monday discussions He also enjoys writing and giving lectures on various cultural and theological topics. As of the Fall of 2007 he will be an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

Jennifer Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (’99) and a Graduate Certificate in Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis (Dec. ’06). She has worked six years as a nurse, including three years as a public health nurse in Lincoln, NE. Jennifer was also a missionary with the Navigators in Zambia, Africa in the Summer of ‘99. She enjoys being mom to their newest addition, Amelia Wesley Allen. Jen also enjoys reading, outdoor activities and sipping dark beverages with friends.
